Fully loaded thin crust pizzas

So we were finally moving back to Delhi after almost a six month stay at Hyderabad. Feeling nostalgic and a bit hungry on a Friday evening, we decided to try out freshly baked, thin wheat crust, paprika salami and basil pizzas. Nothing better to satisfy a gluten!!

Well its really very simple even if you are not used to baking stuff. You just need to know the way to go about it and have a decent sized OTG. We started with preparing the dough:

2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Packet of Yeast
1 Teaspoon honey
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup warm water

Just cover it up with a wet cloth and let it rise for about 2 hours before making the pizza. After the dough rises, roll the dough and place on an oil greezed oven plate

After that add the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, the killer ingredient - paprika salami, and fresh basil leaves

Bake in pre-heated oven at 250 degrees for 12-15 min.

And to put the nail in the coffin, you've got to have it with some chilled beer and breezer for the ladies!
